I got a nail infection from the nail place that I go to? - infection from pedicures

I get a pedicure and I think for some reason have an asset sale in myself .. used to Yuck .. I went to the podiatrist and Lamisil hurts .. anything else I can try? Someone said to work Vicks VapoRub? Does anyone know? Thank you .. Please only serious answers ..
